This farm is located about 8kms out of Wellington and benefits from excellent transport links being located on a well maintained tarmac road. The farm comprises of;Well maintained and presented 6 bedroom homestead, situated in an enclosed compound with attractive gardens. The homestead can be used as one large house, or, as currently, split into two interconnected 3 bedroom homes, each with a kitchen, lounge diner & 2 bathrooms.Steel frame and bl...ock industrial style warehousing with a recently built main building of 1080m2 offering an eve height of between 6.2m & 7.8m, attached to an older 360m2 building with an eve height of between 3.6m & 5.1m. Most of the internal space is open but the older building does have 3 side rooms & a toilet.An additional sizeable out building which was originally 2 stables and a store room, with the stables currently also being used as additional secure stores.Wine grapes are currently grown on the farm, with 5.2ha of Pinotage, planted in 2009, under drip irrigation, and 3hs of bush vine Chenin planted in 1984. The remainder of the farm is planted with wheat.The farm has 3 boreholes, 2 of which feed an earth dam used for irrigation, whilst the 3rd provides drinking water to the main house and labour housing. We do not have test certificates for the boreholes but the farm manager indicates they are currently pumping l/hr for 12 hours per day (March 2017).There are currently 2 semi detached labour cottages on the farm inhabited by the gardener and domestic worker respectively. 4 additional labourers are currently employed, all of whom live off the farm.
